New “pain ray” ready for crowd control

If you happen to be in a crowd and see this box on a truck near you, be aware that you could be zapped. The range is about 250 meters. The effect is supposedly just painful enough to get you to move.

Baron Rothschild called for a world agency to control carbon credit trading back in January. The story is at the Telegraph. Without a World Environment Agency, the global scheme for carbon emissions could not be enforced. Of course, this is going to mean loss of sovereignty.
