The following video presents the research of Joseph Atwill and other Bible scholars, naming Josephus and the Flavian Dynasty as the authors of the four gospels. Atwill has his own separate video on the subject, Caesar’s Messiah. This video compliments the research of Flavio Barbiero in his book The Secret Society of Moses, but it adds many details of history and focuses more on the Flavians than the jews. This is a stunning example of biblical research, the best we have seen. It is easy to understand that Roman elites co-opted Christianity for power and control and incorporated pagan symbolism and practices into the early Roman church, but it is another thing to grasp their motivation for writing the gospels. The four gospels are literature, not a record of historical events. And now we know the authors of the tale.
