How the Left controls violence in the streets

Let’s go back to April, when the anti-G20 movement in Europe took to the streets in a series of strikes and demonstrations to register their disapproval of job outsourcing, banker bailouts, higher unemployment rates, and immigrant workers taking jobs. No European leader was allowed to travel freely. Each leader was accompanied by beefed-up security and rarely made public appearances. Leaders who landed at airports for conferences were met with organized mobs of angry demonstrators. Demonstrators in the streets often assaulted rival groups and trashed buildings. Communist-led labor groups control violence in the streets of Europe. See the report from the Times, “EDF strikers cut power to French homes.”

The unions in the United States have the same power, they just haven’t used it yet. That’s because the unions expect to benefit tremendously from Obama administration policy initiatives.

Violent protests are so common in Europe that they become background noise. People don’t really pay attention until they are personally inconvenienced. Hence, “It was only when some of the guys started cutting the electricity and gas that things got moving.” Whether or not the protesters gained any public support from switching off the power, they definitely got the government’s attention. Governments cannot afford to ignore organized violence in the streets for long, so the unions got some concessions, as in, policy changes to preserve European jobs for Europeans.

A bakery worker told The Times that she had been late for work “because I have an electric alarm clock and of course it didn’t go off.” Look, if you are going to complain about being inconvenienced because public order is disrupted, you are being immature. Stuff happens. Be ready for it. Stuff that might happen includes losing your job, grocery stores running out of food, violent people in your neighborhood, transportation shut down, your personal safety threatened. Just because this has never happened to you doesn’t mean it can never happen to you. It happens in Europe all the time.

Digression: “Popular revolt in 1848 led to the creation of the Second Republic and established the principle of the right to work.” That right to work literally consisted of work brigades ordered to dig holes one day, then fill them up the next. Useless socialist work. Make work. Pretend government jobs. The work brigades fell apart after a few weeks due to lack of interest in performing meaningless work. The 1848 Revolution failed shortly thereafter. There is no right to work, it’s a meaningless right. The right to work means, we have the right to control you and force you to engage in meaningless work, just to keep you busy.

What can the New Right learn from the Old Left in Europe? Union thugs and organized student groups control street violence in America as well as in Europe, you just haven’t seen it on a large scale. The Obama administration is going to require national service of all young people. Whether you call them Red Shirts or Brown Shirts or Green Shirts doesn’t matter, it’s an organized, brainwashed militia-in-waiting. This isn’t a contest to see who can be the nicest, or the most outraged over the disruption of somebody’s soft life. The Left knows how to control violence. You don’t. You lose.

The problem is, NWOU doesn’t advise people to take jobs in corporations or government bureaucracies or foundations or international agencies as they have no input into the goals of the organization. They become tools of the NWO takeover, they are forced into politically correct behavior and attitudes, and they end up as helpless sacrifices when budgets are cut. We’re interested in people gaining real world skills oriented toward small business, then grouping in communities for self-defense based on shared conservative values. Thanks for your interest.
