“Martial law” is a phrase used within Congress to refer to a special suspension of the normal rules. But Rep. Sherman’s reference to martial law may mean the real martial law. NWOU finds it interesting that Congress was told in the March 13 secret meeting that the U.S. stock market would crash in October. Was the crash planned in advance, or was this prediction merely a lucky guess?
