Russia announces a “coastal defense plan” that includes placement of short-range ballistic missiles within 85 km of Alaska. These missiles threaten U.S. missile warning bases and could be used against Elmendorf Air Force Base at Anchorage. (Actually, these missiles threaten the entire population of Alaska and the west coast.) Putin’s move is obviously a response to Obama’s aggression against Russia:
“Perhaps then, US military officials may get at least a taste of the concern Russian military planners feel when they see large-scale NATO exercises along Russia’s western frontiers, and parades involving US troops just a few hundred meters from Russia’s borders.”
Russia is also beefing up the arming of its 10 military bases inside the Arctic circle. This move is obviously a response to Obama’s aggression against Russia’s border at the Arctic.
Bolivia has signed a military cooperation agreement with Russia. Russia has sent special elite forces troops to Bolivia to block any attempt by the Obama administration to overthrow the government of Bolivia. Obama is believed to have masterminded the overthrow of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff, and his agents are now standing idle inside Brazil awaiting their next orders. The current U.S. ambassador to Brazil, Lilana Ayalde, is known to have participated in the military coup that overthrew the government of Paraguay in 2012.
