NSA spies on everything

How widespread is NSA spying? About as widespread as you can get. Washington’s Blog has two fine pieces describing the extent of NSA spying and their plans for the future.

The Government Is Spying on Us… describes spying through mobile phones, mail, computers, smart meters, appliances inside your home, all Windows software, black boxes in cars, public surveillance cameras, medical devices, everything on the internet, everyone who flies in an airplane, every phone call, every purchase, every text message, student records, employment records, internet searches, firearm sales, library use, health records. JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU DO IS TRACKED AND RECORDED. England, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada do likewise and share data with the United States.

Spy Agencies Are Doing What?  reports on other government agencies besides NSA involved in the spy networks, how data are shared, how prosecutors lie about the sources of data, how data get shared with private companies, how Congress and federal judges are manipulated, how private companies are coerced into sharing data, and how the U.S. government spies on private companies around the world. Oh, and by the way, the U.S. government shares these data with Israel.

President Obama and other government officials have been lying about the extent of NSA spying. Obama spies on other government officials and uses bribes to control them.

Meanwhile, the government claims that ONE terrorist attack was prevented by NSA spying.

Hat tip to Washington, check him out.
