Controllers get new technology

Stalin and Mao must be dancing in Hell today. MRI brain scans can now be decoded by computer programs to create a video showing your thoughts. The technology is not yet perfected. But, applied to memory recall, the program will capture about 50 percent of the recalled information. Lockheed Martin is applying the technology for surveillance at a distance. One neuroscientist expressed concern that that public should be alerted for purposes of a discussion about ethical use of the technology. What universe is he living in?
