The Strait of Hormuz is not an international waterway. It is joint Iran and Oman territory. Recent agreement with Oman will allow Iran to block “hostile” shipping—meaning U.S. and Israeli vessels.
U.S. military has evacuated every Gulf base. And, they can’t send aircraft carriers to the region. That leaves ground invasion or nuclear weapons. Maybe they can negotiate something with Iran that makes it look like the U.S. and Israel won the war? We are imagining in our imagination that the Pentagon has already told Trump there will be no more war.
